Real Healing

Sidi Muhammad teaches about healing every year in his visits to the U.S. Below is an excerpt from one of his books that provides a brief overview of how he understands healing. May we all benefit from his teachings and wisdom, which are deeply based in the teachings of God as He gave them to all of the prophets, peace be upon them.

On Healing...

Know, my beloved, that one of the causes of healing is that the person believes in the Oneness of Allāh, acknowledging his Lord as the Healer and
the One Who Bestows Health and Wellness.

He then takes the remedies with reliance upon Allāh. He must also continue to invoke Allāh and abide by His commands and by the commands of His messengers, may the peace and blessings of God be upon them.

He must know that Allāh is One without partner. He is One in His essence, One in His qualities, One in His actions. He alone is Powerful.

He is the Beneficial and the Healer and He has power over everything.

Glorious is your Lord, the Lord of Might, transcendant beyond what they attribute to Him, and peace be upon the messengers and praise Allāh, the Lord of the Worlds.

This book is a compilation of the spiritual teachings Sidi Muhammad gave in the U.S. in 2006.

"The true healing of people is love. Love is calling to people, 'Come, make Me your food. Make Me your drink, so that you may live and continue to live happily, so that the tree of peace, compassion, freedom, and justice may grow.' "

"May all creatures gather in one heart and return to where they were originally created. God created them from a single soul. May they return to the realities that God wanted for them when they return to the reality of God. There they will not see any illness, pain, depression or suffering. They will only see love encompassing all people. They will always be in the divine care of their Lord – in God, with God, by God.

This is what people really want, and they do not want anything else. This is what true healing is, which God promised. God promised that humanity should be as He willed them to be.

At that point a true servant will reach God's reality after walking the complete path – walking from the world of the body, to the realm of the purified self, to the realm of the heart that is full. Free of all envy, jealousy and anger, he will be full of joy, love and justice. He will move from the healing of the heart to the world of the spirit. When all physical bodies vanish and the humanity within him vanishes, he will move to a realm where everything vanishes, except Allāh.

When you look at yourself and you truly see the realm of your heart, you will not see yourself. You will not see anything but Allāh, because your world as a human will have vanished. The realm of all diseases will have vanished, and all realms of hate, envy and jealousy will have vanished. At that point you are in the state described in a brief answer I gave someone who asked me, “What is the way to reach God?” The answer is, “Destroy your humanity!”

Destroy this dense world within you and rise to the spiritual world within you, the divine world. The divine world is so transparent, and it is joy! Here you talk directly with your Lord, because you have become a true beloved, a true lover. Within you the word of God will be verified. This is the word that He spoke to human beings, the word that He gave to Adam – and this is you.

The world of the spirit has seven stations. Please read about them, understand them, live with them, and transform what you have now until Allāh leads you into a new creation."
